Contract Review & Compliance
Compliance assurance for a complex employee outsourcing arrangement. Mapped the contractual and regulatory obligations across the agreement, including employment, data protection and service-level provisions, and traced each to the controls and evidence behind it. Reviewed the representations made to the client and the regulator against what the delivery model could support, identified the gaps, and produced the remediation plan and the assurance report that closed them.
Employee Outsourcing & Transition
Set-up of an offshore delivery centre involving complex TUPE arrangements, run end to end: due diligence on the in-scope workforce, employee liability information and measures letters, the consultation programme with employee representatives, transfer-day readiness, and the post-transfer stabilisation of service. Covered the full lifecycle from business case and legal structuring through to knowledge transfer, service acceptance and the exit of the incumbent.
Internal Audit at a Major European Bank
Audited the controls of one of Europe's largest banks from within its Economic Crime and Cybersecurity Audit team. Planned and delivered audits across business lines and shared technology, tested controls against policy and regulatory expectation, and reported findings to senior management and the audit committee with agreed actions and follow-up. Led third-party risk reviews, testing that outsourced suppliers and their services met the bank's control frameworks and service requirements.

Vikram has substantial knowledge of Digital Workplace, Future of Work and Desktop services both on premise and in the Cloud. He is skilled in Windows, Linux and Apple devices on On-premise, Cloud or Hybrid modes of operation.
He has helped organisations Design, Build, Transform and Operate them in varying capacities and was an early adopter of helping organisations adopting Cloud management capabilities (SCOM and SCCM migrations to Intune).
Other than helping organisations identify the right technologies to use, he is also adept at helping them identify the right capabilities for their desired level of maturity and strategically sourcing and operating them.

Application Rationalisation, Packaging and Governance for the world's largest mining company
Application Readiness and Governance Lead for a global Desktop Transformation project for the world's largest mining company at the time (56,000 users) that helped the firm transform its Application landscape across the firm and modernise its Application Portfolio down to 500 applications from approximately 15,000 and running an Application Packaging service to deploy them on their new estate.

Leading the Application Delivery Services and Environment Management for a Large Insurance Firm
Responsible for running an Application Outsourcing service for an Insurance major. The application factory was responsible for managing legacy applications deployed in the estate and providing a service to modernise them using modern application techniques, including refactoring, changing and packaging the application.
Responsibilities involved Delivery management of an onshore and offshore application services factory, including Application Virtualisation design.

Supported the client to identify and resolve performance issues across their Desktop estate serving a user base of over 20 million customers.
Deployed tools and utilities to observe critical components in the estate for performance issues.
